We offer a 24 HR turn around in an emailed version of that report as well as two signed and stamped copies from the certified inspector mailed out within 48 HRS. The report contains easy to read sections that include digital color photos of problematic areas. Our home and commercial inspectors share over 100 years of construction experience and knowledge.
